Organizing Brooklyn Communities Inc. (OBC) was founded in 2010.It is a Borough-wide grass roots not-for-profit organisation comprised of a network of block, tenant and merchant associations and other community based organizations. We are dedicated to empowering people in local communities to address issues that affect the quality of their lives by supporting and implementing programs designed and calculated to improve and enhance the lives of our youth, seniors and other citizens.
